The Coleman 5308-700 Widebeam 4D Dual-action Flashlight provides a bright, portable light for any occasion. This dual-action flashlight has a regular path light that gives you a center-spot of light with a softer perimeter of light, plus a seven-watt U-tube fluorescent area light to brighten a work area. The Coleman Widebeam also has a flat surface base which allows the light to stand up-right when using the area lighting function. The regular flashlight beam is 50-percent broader than traditional flashlights, and the use of a Xenon blue-tipped bulb provides a whiter light. Additionally, this Coleman flashlight is designed with a 140-degree beam of light to more closely match the human peripheral field of vision.Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Don't need electricity
GREAT FLASHLIGHT.I HATE TO BE CAUGHT IN DARK AND THIS CAN BE HELD LIKE A REGULAR FLASHLIGHT OR JUST SLIDE BUTTON AND SET ON TABLE OR FLOOR AND YOU HAVE ALL THE LIGHT U NEED from front lights TO HELP U THRU UNTIL POWER IS BACK.WE HAVE HORSE FARM, QUITE LARGE AND THE STABLE IS ABOUT QUARTER OF FOOTBALL FIELD FROM BACK OF HOUSE BY POOL.I CAN SET IT ON THE TABLE AND SEE ONE SIDE OF FIELD AND BARN OR TURN BIG FRONT LIGHT ON AND I CAN CHECK ALL THE DOORS ON THE OTHER END.IN THE SUMMER, SOME OF THE HORSES LIKE TO STAY OUT IN THE PASTURE AND THIS LIGHT LETS ME CHECK IT AND I CAN MAKE OUT ALL THE HORSES THAT WERE TURNED OUT.I GAVE IT 4 STARS ONLY BECAUSE THE LIGHT COULD LAST LONGER AND GIVES NO WARNING IT;S GOING TO QUIT. I TRAIN AND SHOW HUNTERS AND THEY SOMETIMES WILL JUMP ONE OF THE FENCES AND GALLOP DOWN INTO THE BIG FIELD AND GO VISIT THE NEIGHBORS.I LIKE THE SHAPE AND VERSATILITY AND IT IS BRIGHT. I think it may be the kind that sinks but don't take it topside where it may fall overboard and I must admit I did not read if it floated or not.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best light for blackouts
I have one of these stashed in each room and in the trunk of the car.In rolling blackout season you can safely illuminate a surprisingly wide area with one light. They're very bright and the base is stable so you can easily set them upright to shine up at the ceiling like a lamp without them falling over. The fact that it doubles as both a flashlight and a lantern makes this product a lot more useful than the standard Coleman lantern (or a regular flashlight) to me.
1-0 out of 5 stars Don't even know how to open and insert batteries
This flashlight looks good but it really needs a user's guide to know how to open and insert batteries into it. I bought it awhile ago but still cannot figure out how to put batteris. If anyone knows the trick, please respond. Thank you. ... Read more

I am returning this heater. Went to Mendocino this weekend, not a very cold trip but we tried it in the morning. Two veteran campers couldn't figure out if it was lit. When we finally did, it put out a scant amount of heat.We left it on for a while hoping it would increase but it did not. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars leak proof.....not really
We have owned this bed for a couple years now and used it probably a dozen times. It was great at first, we only had to put in a little air after overnight sleeping on it. But just recently the air mattress has leaked so much we are unable to use it anymore. This was our second coleman air mattress we have purchased. Very dissatisfied and will never buy another coleman air mattress. We were so excited when we found this air mattress because coleman said the air mattress was guaranteed not to leak. But we have learned otherwise.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Airbed, Great Price
I just got this air bed last week for our relatives who are staying with us for the next several weeks. It is comfortable for them, although it does lose some air overnight.(Make sure to buy the 120 v. pump along with the airbed). As a result of the air loss, I only gave it four stars. However, it sinks only a little in the middle and overall does not lose a large amount of air.The advantage of getting this airbed over others is that is higher than normal air beds and therefore is easier to get in and out of, especially for seniors. Also the double size is big enough to comfortably hold two adults, with extra room. I am very happy with this purchase.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not too bad for the price
One thing that is nice about this air bed is it gets you off the floor! It is much nicer having a double high bed.The only compaints I have are that the bed kind of flatens, and stretches out so youre sinking a bit by morning. And if you sit on the edge, the bed can be a bit tipsy. But, it is comfortable, and not a bad price either! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Nice cooler
I bought this for my husband and he loves it; keeps ice nicely; however, a friend pulled the top up (it was latched) and the latch broke. So we still have a pretty good cooler but cannot close it completely! Would buy again, but would not let the friend know we have a new one!

3-0 out of 5 stars Looks good, needs better design.
Bought the Coleman 54-qt. Steel Cooler for outdoor BBQ's specifically because it looks more elegant than most of the plastic coolers.
5-0 out of 5 stars Coleman maintains its cool
I've had this cooler for about six months. I find it to be a lot classier and better made than the plastic cooler it replaced. Despite what seems like a loose lid and flimsy latch, this cooler maintains it's cool in the heat, which is the primary reason I bought it. The lid is solidly hinged. I gave it five stars because it's a good deal for the money (I paid ~$85). Though someone complained that this cooler is not bear-proof, I have to ask whether there is such a thing. I recommend this to anyone who wants to have a reliable, good-looking cooler. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable
We bought this airbed to take camping with us.The kids had outgrown the sleeping on the ground and they took our original twin/king air bed.I have to say, this is a very comfortable mattress. My husband and I are not small people and this bed stayed totally inflated for 3 days and kept us comfortable and sleeping like babies.Very durable. On ly thing i can say against this mattress is that it is a Queen and we are very used to our king size bed.

5-0 out of 5 stars Both comfortable and strong
Dual chambers greatly reduce the movement you feel from the person next to you. Not only that, with traditional air mattresses if two people sleep together the middle tends to sink and you both end up rolling into the center. This mattress doesn't do that because of the two chambers.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Heater
I bought this heater in an emergency when out of town and heater went out in my car (and the windchill was -20f) it worked great not that I would recommend it for that use like I said it was an emergency. I have also used this in the tent and it works like a dream, and puts out quite a bit of heat (no more cold damp sleeping bags at bedtime) If I were to change one thing it would be to make the fan more powerful (yes I would be willing to put in more batteries even)

Kat
BTW for the guy with a gripe about the can not lasting 8 hours the box states UP to 8 hours and actually it does last that long on a fresh can on the lowest possible heat setting

4-0 out of 5 stars Heats great, but found small problem
I've taken this heater camping about 4 times and it works great. I try not to use it all night, so I turn it on while we are getting ready to go to sleep and keep it on for an hour. I then turn it off and turn it back on in the morning for about 30 minutes before getting up. The push-button starter is very useful and allows me to turn it on fairly quick without having to look for a match or lighter. This unit stands on the floor and blows the heat at an angle. This is great since it can heat the tent across the sleeping bads. Other units heat up and you don't get the heat across the tent and it goes straight up to the ceiling of the tent. However, the threads on the unit where the propane bottle attaches are wearing off. I'm having problems attaching the propane cans as they fit in an angle and are hard to align.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good heater, but...
This heater is great. It puts out a good amount of heat, and the fan does a good job of projecting that heat. My only gripe is the advertised life of a can of propane. It's supposed to last up to eight hours in this heater, but it hasn't come close yet. If you're lucky, you'll get six hours. It sucks when it goes out in the middle of the night and the fan continues to blow cold air. This thing is great as long as you plan on getting up once in the middle of the night to change the propane can. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars A lot of fun with small expense!
Living in the Puget Sound begs for time spent on the water. However, being a frugal sort of family, we're not likely to ever purchase a "real boat". We found a good price on these fun little items and have been enjoying the water all summer. How do they size up... they float well (grin), they paddle OK, the blow up quickly with a hand pump, they pack nicely in our car (two of them) and they store nicely on a shelf in the garage. That is just what we were looking for. We take our two girls with us when we go and the eldest (seven now) can paddle the kayak by herself (with one of us in the boat of course)if we let her. You won't find this to be a replacement for a real kayak, don't even think that way or you'll be dissatisfied. But think of this as an economical way to get more time on the water and you'll be thrilled!OH... and prepare to get a little wet, there's no drain and you're sitting in the BOTTOM of it.Does restrict it to the warmer days.AND, the clips to store the paddles aren't very helpful and get in the way while you paddle. Design issue, you know. ... Read more
