Great tent!
We bought this tent to use at the beach with our 18 month old.It's easy to set up and transport and the stakes work great in the sand.This tent is a great place to take a break from the sun, eat lunch and take naps.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beach shade
The Coleman Beach Shelter mostly worked just as it's described. It is light, easy to set up once you've done it once, and wind resistant when you follow the directions for burying the sand bags. It is large enough to use 2 sand chairs. I found it to be most comfortable when sitting on a towel. It was helpful as a shaded play space for small children. When a storm arrived I had to take it down as the wind was too much for its anchors. Otherwise it provided a welcome relief from the sun.

Coleman Road Trip Beach Shelter
This is an excellent beach shelter at a great price!We are a family of 6 and this shelter did the job!It is easy to spot on a busy beach. It holds up great in the wind when sand bags are used (we found wet sand works best). Our baby slept great protected from wind, sand and sun! It can be a little tricky putting it up in wind and hot sand, but took only about 5 minutes, once we knew what we were doing. (You might want to take a dry run at putting it together before you are standing on the beach trying to keep track of all your children! :) If you are looking for something more than an umbrella to set up "home base" at the beach, pool, park etc., then this is a great item! ... This thing is pretty cool.
Good battery-powered fan
This fan is excellent for a battery-powered fan.Very powerful compared to other battery models; it will put out enough air to keep you confortable several feet of the fan.It is obviously not as powerful as an AC-powered room fan, but great for what it is.I haven't tested battery lifespan yet (I bought it after Katrina for future hurricane-related power outages), so no opinion there yet.

The worst machette I have ever owned.
To call this a bad machette would be to generous. It is more accurately described as a machette shaped object.
It looks useful, but only from a distance
This tool will not take an edge, either with a grinder or a file.It is very flexible so that the energy of a blow goes into flexing the blade rather than cutting stems, which has undesirable consequences for your hand.If you are looking for a useful tool, keep looking.

Useless
These Coleman machetes are essentially useless.They are so lightweight and flexible, I don't know what they intended them to be used for.They will cut some weeds, but they won't cut through brush or any woody plants thicker than maybe 1/2 inch.I have used a few of these, as they are the most commonly available at the hardware stores where I live.They also rust badly.

Comfortable and Easy
We purchased more than one type of cot so we could see which was easiest.We have a B & B.This one is stable, easy to store, and you can blow it up without a pump if you need to.It is easy to deflate and restore.Good deal for the price.

Too noisy to sleep
We've used this cot, both with the air mattress and without, and it is so noisy! When you move while you are sleeping the material on the cot pulls against the metal frame and makes so much noise that it wakes up you and whoever is in the same room or tent with you. I suppose the cot gets the job done. You have a somewhat comfortable place to sleep. But waking up everytime you move does not make for a restful night. I'm almost tempted to write to Coleman and see if they've had similar comments about the cot. ... Read more

big design flaw
L. Allison is right on.The two "vents" inside the tent does not close.the rainfly keeps the rain from entering the vents but does not keep dust out.It was windy at our campsite.the wind was picking up dust.The wind would blow against the tent then fly up and directly through the vent.there were times when i come back and everything in my tent is cover with dust.i consider this a BIG DESIGN FLAW and will not recommend this tent.If the people at Coleman get in their right mind and make these vents closable then i'll give it a 4 stars.I didn't have any problems with quality.It was solid and stood up to strong winds.I like the power port and the misc storage.

Terrible Tent
This was our second of two attempts to buy a coleman tent.We were excited about the space of the 10 x 10 sundome.However, when we took it home and set it up, we discovered that the interior windows did not zip closed.This is a major problem because the rainfly does not completely cover the windows.Also, when we were setting up the tent, the rainfly was so thin that it ripped!We were so upset with this tent that we have decided not to purchase any more coleman tents in the future.We purchased a slightly more expensive eureka tent and we love it.The extra money is worth it for a higher quality tent. ... Not bad, but it runs a little too hot for my tastes
The Coleman stove works good, but as some previous reviewers have said, it runs very hot.I have to keep the burners on about as low as it goes, because the burners stay on so high, that you have to be very careful for not burning anything.I had a hard time with chicken and making popcorn (the old fashioned way) and never burn anything at home, but with this stove, you have to CONSTANTLY watch it.Other than that, it is OK and does the trick.The igniter works well.And the grill gives good taste. But I would say, it needs improvement with control of heat.

Coloeman grill/stove
Very pleased with the item.It's very portable and easy to clean.Have a large Weber but the grill is one piece and very heavy.For camping, this is ideal for two people.

good idea but beware teflon grill
Coleman stoves are functional and durable and a good buy when on sale. Combining a stove and grill is a good idea, but beware because this one comes with a nonstick teflon grill. I don't like any nonstick teflon cookware, but if careful, the optional griddle is okay until it starts to wear. But grills get too hot for teflon. I bought this anyway and purchased a Lodge iron grill to use instead. Nothing lasts longer than cast iron, and you can get one pre-seasoned. Once seasoned, iron works like nonstick without the danger. Both are heavy and only suitable for car camping. But the iron grill can also be used with a campfire or coals.

Better than expected.
To be honest, I didn't expect much from something made out of fiber board, but I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. I can't ask for more; it's light, easy to pack up and throw my Jeep, and sturdy enough to hold the contents of a Pro-Bowl tailgate. A good table at a good price.

Flimsy
First of all, i want to say i that i love how portable & light weight this table is. The hard board top is just too flimsy. I under stand it is what makes this table so light and portable but it shouldn't be so light that it gets damaged during shipping. The table bows under the weight of a pickle jar or potatoe salad making everything slide towards the middle. This table would be worth the $40 plus $15 shipping & taxes i paid for it had the table top been made of a light durable plastic with some sort of re-enforcement instead of flimsy hard board.

Sits a little low....
Although I expected this table to be a little taller, we have still found it to still be a really good side table for holding our food when we have bbq's in the yard. We have even set up two small sternos on a it and had a tiny bit of room still left on the table to place a small salad bowl.I dont really think its meant to be used as a guest table for formal parties or gatherings, but for a casual get together, it will definately do the job. ... Excellent lightweight support for Coleman camp stoves
This telescopes out and two long hinges flip over and lock in place. It weighs next to nothing. It's quite useful, it's no fun to cook on the ground. I never had any issue with this stand not supporting my camp stove. There's no way it will collapse. Just use common sense and it will do what it's designed to do.

Not Safe
I bought this item with a Coleman camping stove, which has turned out to be excellent (the stove). Regardless of whether you extend this stand fully or peg the legs in place IT IS NOT SAFE. The liklihood that your stove will fall through this stand is extremely high. I spent a long time experimenting with it before being forced to return it and buy a table. On the package another suggested use is as a stand for suspending a rubbish bag. If that is all that it can be used for, it's not worth the cash. A redesign is needed. ... Read more

raft so-so, oars a bust
The raft is fine for two adults; not as big as you might think given the weight capacity.On our first use, one of the oars broke and is unuseable. We will be purchasing better oars.

Nice Raft
This 'four person boat' is big enough to fit two people [or 4 if everybody sits on the sides]. There is a nice line that runs around the boat, as well as oar locks on the sides and oar holders. The plastic is heavier than your typical inflatable raft and is advertisides as puncture resistant. The interior measures about 65'' in length, so a little room to move around. The paddles are not too short and assemble nicely. The boat can be inflated by mouth or using any coleman quickpump. It is easilt inflated by mouth due to the double locking valves which let air pass freely without a squeeze like on similar inflatables. Great for the ocean, lakes, ponds, any water!! ... Read more

Simple and Indestructable
I have had my Coleman compact stove for 29 years. I use it for two to three trips a year and use it every day of each trip (usually 9 or 10 days per trip) to cook big meals on. It is EXACTLY the same as the new model. It has never needed a repair. I just clean it after each camping trip. Coleman fuel is inexpensive and easily found in any part of the US and a gallon of fuel lasts me practically two years. The stove fits perfectly inside a 16 gal rubbermaid container with all of my other cooking gear (including pans). I absolutely recomend this stove. You don't need one of those fancy complicated other stoves. The basic Coleman stove is a workhorse that doesn't break down. ... Read more
