I purchased this cooker because wereally like fish but hate the smell in the house after frying fish. It works GREAT!!!. Christmas Eve dinner is traditionally fish so on Christmas I was outside frying up fish in the new cooker. It really works wonderful. The frying kettle isjust the right size, it is easy to operateand clean and we don't have that smell in the house afterwards. I have used this 60 qt over and over in my personal brewery, some quick mods to the container and you had one heck of an inexpensive brew kettle.

Good pot for the money
This is a good pot for the money. You certianly can't beat $$$$ for a 15 gallon stainless steel pot. The only problem with the pot is that the metal on the bottom of the pot is thinner than the metal on the sides. This is fine for liquid but if you need even heating then you would be better off getting a more heavy duty pot. I'm using it to brew beer and it is just fine for that purpose. ... Read more
