Nice lights
i order two lights and found that one battery was installed worng in each one. I also change the batteries to 2600 mAH AA and got over 7 hours of light. this are veary nice lights

Very sharp looking, just one drawback.
The batteries they put in these are wimpy little 600 mAh rechargables. They only lasted a few hours after dark. I replaced them with some 2250 mAh and there's a big difference.

You're gonna have to like assembly work. The product comes in a ridiculous number of pieces and has inaccurate/poor instructions. The mushroom alone comes in seven pieces, all shrunk wrapped and has eighteen nuts & bolts. The shrink wrap takes 1 hour to remove and the rest of the assembly another 45 minutes. The whole thing takes 2 hours of competent handyman time. ...

Adorable!
This little light is absolutely adorable.It has a nice white light which is not extremely bright but is nice beside our front steps.Our solar lights are, unfortunately, located in our front yard which only gets morning sun and therefore they only stay lit for 2-3 hours.I would highly recommend that any solar light be purchased for an area that gets alot of afternoon sunlight if you want them to stay lit for anytime at all. ... Best 16 outside lights we have ever purchased!
We purchased a total of 16 of the copper, placed them along the driveway and around the front of our house.ALL our neighbors have commented on how nice and classy they have made our home & property.We prefer the copper, (and wanted another 12) which unfortunately has been discontinued; some of our neighbors wanted to purchase some as well.Too bad Nicholas Cole will no longer produce in copper - we personally like the copper best of all.The on/off switch is a nice added feature and the solar works very well.It's been a year now and they still work great!

Second time's a charm (I think)
I ordered one as a gift, and it had a short in it, and wouldn't even charge. Amazon replaced it with no questions asked - the second one is holding a charge, and my sister loves it. It isn't meant to give off a lot of light - it's more for decoration. The lamp housing is beautiful (her's is copper). I'm thinking of getting one for my garden arbor, but will wait to make sure hers works for more than a month before I order mine.

Doesn't Tolerate Weather
I bought two of these to illuminate my front door so I could see the keyhole at night. They worked for less than a week but glowed only brightly enough so I could see the lamps, providing no light to the doorway at all. Then it turned cool, down to the 40's, and the lamps never worked after that. They're worthless here in SD, but I'll give them to someone in a warmer climate if they're repairable. ... Read more

I bought these lanterns because I didn't want the plastic ones they sell in the discount stores.These are beautiful, well crafted lanterns with solid metal casings.I have four situated along my front walkway (facing south which gets plenty of sun). The light output, however, is not exactly bright. Maybe the ones with the white light are brighter than the amber ones I purchased.

Pretty but not very bright!
This is the first light of this type I've ever purchased, so I don't really have anything to which to compare it. The light itself is very attractive, with the polished copper housing and the matching bracket. However, our lamp is very dim. It doesn't even cast any light on the car only a couple feet away from it. I am very disappointed with my purchase. Will be looking into how to return it for a refund.

Anyone in the market for "solar" lights will love this product.Obviously, the gentleman who complained about the brightness should have done a little research before purchasing solar lights and gone with low voltage.However, for solar lights, these are the brightest I've seen.They emit a wonderful blue-white light and are wonderful for marking out a path.I have mine on either side of my front walkway.I have neighbors who have solar lights and mine are much brighter.I shopped around extensively before purchasing these and they are a great deal!I'm also getting a couple lanterns and hope they will be just as nice.

The lights were easy to put together and install. I allowed them to charge for two full days in the bright Florida sunshine before turning them on. The light they emit is a faint blue, hardly useful at all if you're really trying to illuminate something.Read more

Adorable Lights
These lights are just adorable. We live in a neighborhood with a homeowners association. We can not have bright landscape lights in our yard. I tripped on mine
There is such little light given off from these...I actually tripped on one.I placed several along the walkway leading to my front door.Only about half of them work at all anymore.The rest provide very dim lighting and only for a short period of time.I live in Phoenix and we get A LOT of sun light.So, I think the solar panels are just not quite what they should be.
