Stay away from DuraMate and Clean4less
I ordered an outdoor shed (Duramate 10x10) and was told by the website that it would be delivered to me within 7-10 days.I ordered it on October 19, 2005 and Clean4less charged my credit card on October 21 for the $761 cost.I received an order confirmation email from Clean4less indicating they would send a second email when the item shipped.I never received another communication from them - written or verbal - which was not initiated by me contacting them.

Don't waste your money....
We bought this, since it was rated for 225' of hose storage. We have two 100' hoses for our front lawn so that we can water from one end of our home to the other, and the entire front yard.
Doesn't work. Leaks like crazy.
This hose reel seems to have a bad design. The mount where the water supply hooks up leaks. It has a sliding mechanism the seems to lock when there is no water pressure, but the minute any water is running, it just leaks out the bottom. All the parts are plastic, which seems to be the norm for low end reels.
