This one Really Works
I had an unknown brand of Charcoal Chimney and had given up on using it.I was using Electric Starters instead of Lighter Fluid.I was discussing this with a friend at work and he told me how great the Chimney was.I found the problem was that he had the Weber chimney.I decided to give it a try and it worked perfectly the first time.Within 15 minutes I had a chimney full of hot coals.

What a Great Product
I got this to go with my Weber Smokey Mountain Grill.This thing is amazing.A couple of sheets of newspaper, a few charcoal briquets and a match and less than 15 minutes later, a grill full of glowing coals!!I never got this kind of result with charcoal starter.The only downside:No volcano effect from tossing the match at the charcoal starter and no re-growing of eyebrows from the ball of fire from starting with charcoal starter.
If you like lighter fluid tasting food - don't get this
I have never really cooked with charcoal. I have always used gas. I ran out of gas one day, but I had a bag of charcoal, so I thought I would give it a go. Well, half a container of lighter fluid later and a little burnt hair, I had half cooked hot dogs and some spoiled steaks.

Fit like a glove
When you get into the world of Webers, you know you are serious about your Barbequing tools. I recently purchased a Weber Genesis Platinum C, and with such an investment, decided to purchase a cover to go with it.
Worth the Price
Looks and feels like a thick and durable material. Has a strip of mesh around the top third to let moisture escape and air circulate. I am glad I purchased it.

Very much satisfied with Weber Q 200
Brought mine last week and already cooked thrice so far. Excellent results, cant stop loving the Weber Q 200.

Some limitations
This is a good grill.However, to be honest, it is a little underpowered when compared to a good full size gas grill.That's the sacrifice you have to make when you want portability.Also, because part of the grid is the deflector shield for the flame, there are parts of the grid that are not open to below and becomes hard to clean.Finally, there is no way to beat the power and flavor of charcoal, so I still use charcoal once in awhile even though I have two gas grill.

Overpriced, underpowered, faulty
Our Q200 arrived with a faulty ignition system.Since purchasing we saw a review of this item in the local paper, and their's also had a faulty ignition system.We reported the problem to Weber which quickly sent out -- a replacement, but sent the part for a different model.So we are still lighting by hand.The Weber does cook food well, but remember that unless you spring for the Q300 you get only one burner, and no warming plates -- fine if you are cooking a few burgers, but a problem if you are cooking multiple items.It means that you have to magically cook everything so that it is done simultaneously in order to keep all items warm.I can only assume that all the positive reviews come from people who have never cooked with gas before, and are thrilled at the easy and even cooking that this, and most gas BBQs provide.But anyone with experience with a larger home unit providing multiple burners will find the Q Series a frustrating experience. ... 20 Pound Tank Adapter works GREAT!
Weare a family of 2 and the small Weber Q grill is perfect for us.Since we cook mostly at home, the tank adapter saves us money because we don't need to purchase little bottles of propane unless we are travelling with it.It offers great flexibility and I highly recommend this item.

tip for using this adapter
When we first hooked up the hose and ignited our weber, it lit right up.But then the flame was uneven and wouldn't stay lit.It turns out that after you hook it up and open the propane valve, you have to wait 60 seconds before igniting the grill.It does say it in the directions, but of course, we didn't read those first.

Weber 9857 grill cover Complaint
I purchased the Weber 9857 Premium Gas Grill Cover that fits Genesis Silver B, Genesis 1000, Spirit 700 and Weber 900 on 8/11/06 for my new Weber Silver B. When it arrived I was shocked to see a fine mesh covered opening that is aprox 2" high and runs the full length of the grill on the front and back and is just above the handle and also the bottom of the lid. Guess what happens when it rains? Yep, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out, water pours in under the lid and into the burners and storage space at the bottom.
Great cover
I bought the cover even after reading the reviews about rain water getting in through the mesh vents.It fits my Genesis Silver B barbecue perfectly. I noticed that the cover can be adjusted slightly after it is placed onto the barbecue.With only minor adjustments, the venting mesh can be positioned in such a way that rain water misses the barbeque unit itself.Yes, rain water does come through the vents, but it falls harmlessly to the ground.I haven't seen what happens when there is lots of wind, along with the rain, however.Perhaps in that situation, some water will fall onto the barbecue unit.

Rain Gets In??
I am surprised at the number of people that like this cover. I have had many grills and covers and have always wanted to cover my grills to protect them from the rain and snow. I bought this cover knowing it was too expensive, but liked the fit and quality. I was amazed to see the mesh band on front and back. It rained the day after I first used it and sure enough the grill was wet and the water had run into the storage area also. I had to wipe it dry. I then returned it. A cover that lets in the rain??? Simple and effective product
There shouldn't be much to say about a grill cover, but it fits the grill so well that I wanted to submit this review.I like that I can move the grill around even with the cover on.There's a circular "target" on the top of the cover so that you position the cover properly every time.It's a good design and well worth the price.You may find it cheaper at retail stores than online.

This is a MUST Have Item for the Weber Q
I got this stand today for my Weber Q 200.
Good Product
Easy to set up and holds the grill at an ideal height for cooking. Since the grill is not exactly light, this wheeled cart makes transporting it across a parking lot or field much easier than carrying it. It is also small enough that it fits easily on a small deck or balcony. Overall well worth the money!

Portable but wobbly
Got this cart for my Q220. It has slots for holding both the 200-series Q grills as well as the 100-series Baby Q's. Note: If you have a Baby Q, make sure you are getting the cart with the slots for it. The earlier carts didn't because the Baby Q didn't exist.

The feature I like best is the notched metal scraper.I have a Weber and this notch fits the grill grate perfectly so it does a good job of scraping the grate.

This item is not expensive but please.......upon the first use the brass (looking) brushes started falling out.Regardless of how cheap you want to make something - It must perform its duty - this item did not.Too much headache and effort to get a replacement / refund which is usually the case with these type of items

These are BIG

Strong and adaptable!
Quality material, and well finished.It adapted easily to my drum style smoker, and will hold just about anything I choose to hang on it, shy of my truck.

Tool Holder Falling Off or Bending??? Try This!!!!
I purchased this item after reading the reviews that appear here. Several people mentioned that the tool holder would fall off if you removed the lid; another mentioned that heat from the grill had made the hooks bend out of shape.My solution was to purchase the Weber Condiment Holder and hang the tool holder on the outside of that rack.Problems solved!! My utensils are close at hand and there is no risk of getting burned by touching the outside of the grill.

How could you go wrong for FOUR bucks?
For 4 bucks, this product is great. It is easy to install and holds my tools. Be warned that the tools may get a little hotter than you expect, but once the BBQ cools off from its initial super hot phase (the first 15 minutes) it works very well. I find that it works better with tools that have the little leather rope to hang them by. This tool is a must when I am grilling in a public area and don't really have a good place to put my tongs or spatula.

Good for price
This is a study grill cover for my Weber 200 grill.For $8, you can't beat the price.Sure, it isn't perfectly designed to fit over the gas adjustment knob, but it will still cover the entire upper grill.The grill feet is exposed.There is elastic band at the bottom of the cover to help keep a snug fit on the grill.

There just is not enough size to this product.A grill cover should not be such a workout to put on.

I love this grill!! It is awesome..
I can't believe how well this little grill works, it does some serious grilling. It cooks great steaks, burgers, etc. When I told my boyfriend about it, he laughed out loud. However, after using it, he admited that he was wrong and said that he couldn't believe how great this grill is.
Great Grilling
This is a great grill. I took the top screw off and opened the wire holder. Now I can use a larger tank. Works great that way. Highly recommend. I also bought the rolling cover. That too is great.

Weber Baby Q
I Bought the Baby Q for traveling and camping. This is a great little grill. I have picked up the rolling duffle bag and gas line to hood it up to a 20lb gas bottle. The first thing I did was remove the ring that holds the bottle, so I can use normal 1lb bottles. You can get the bottles made for the ring but they are smaller and more money. I have all so drilled a hole and installed a temp gauge in the front of the lid. These 2 modifications should be a give from Weber, but for some reason the are not.

Just purchased the Weber One Touch Gold.Used to have a gas grill but really missed the flavor and primal nature of charcoal cooking.
THERE IS NO COMPARRISON!
Once you use a charcoal BBQ you will never want to go back to gas grillng again.Gas grilling cannot compare with the taste of chicken, beef, pork, or other meats when they are cooked with chacoal.Charcoal barbecuing takes a little longer (you have to give the coals a while to heat up) but the wait is totally worth it.People like gas because it is more efficient, less messy, an much quicker.It is true that charcoal babecuing does not offer these advanages.But the taste of charcoal barbecuing makes it all worth it. Phenomenal grill for camping
While we've used Coleman folding stoves for years, if you have trunk space, there is no reason on earth to limit yourself to a small stove when you can grill with this wonderful tabletop grill. The small tank makes this practical for camping. If you want real barbecue while tenting under the stars, and you camp where a tailgate or a picnic table is available, this is a great choice for camping equipment. We still like the Coleman for boiling water, but I love barbecuing on a propane grill like this.

Great little grill
We bought this for use at a beach house, the grills provided at the houses are always dreadful. It worked perfectly to grill shrimp, hamburgers and hot dogs.It is easy to transport and easy to use with very little assembly required.

This "grill" is an oven in disguise. The first time we used it we left the enclosed large metal insert in place and ruined (baked)$25 worth of T-Bones. On our second attempt to grill on it we removed the large metal insert but the flames were so low that it was still ineffectual as a flamebroiling grill.There went another $20 bucks worth of beef! wonderful product
The description doesn't do this rib rack justice.This thing is pretty big and will hold a LOT of chicken.You will certainly not complain about running out of room!Even though it might be an exaggeration to think it can hold enough chicken to feed the entire neighborhood, there's enough room here to hold enough chicken for a family of 7 or 8.Washing it may be a problem.Just wash it immediately after using it.

Looks awesome, protects grill, fits perfect!
This is a very nice cover, it is heavy-duty and vented at the rear of the top.Others say this cover fits tight- and it does, but I can get it on and off by myself.The trick is, since the cover is a little stiff, you can hold it with one hand above the grill, while you use your other hand to guide it on to the grill.Then it slides down and fits properly.

Do yourself a favor and give yourself this gift- a beautiful cover for a great grill. This is absolutely the nicest grill cover I've ever seen, and I've paid 3 times this for flimsy ones. I don't agree that it is too snug, it slipped right over with no tugging, looks very neat and tailored, but I don't like the big billowy ones anyway. Excellent deal, prompt shipping.

A mistake that turned out great!
I ordered this set without looking close enough to see that it wasn't the similar Weber Style "professional" tool set.
Large, durable, and easy to clean -- what more could you want?
I recommend this set of tools mostly for the size of the tools, durability, and ease of cleaning.They are rather stylish as well, if that matters to you.Along with Weber's 18-inch grill brush (you'll be sorry -- and singed -- if you get the short brush), you'll have all of the tools you need to grill.
