Pretty, but not very functional
I was excited to order a hummingbird feeder that was different in appearance than the standard Wal-Mart fare.However, once the feeder arrived and I filled it with nectar, I was very disappointed.The poor design of the feeder causes the nectar to pour out with the slightest movement (e.g., in a slight breeze).The design of the feeding tubes (being wide open) also encourages bees and larger birds - such as finches - to raid the feeder.

Wonderful sound!
I purchased these windchimes as a gift, with some hesitation - typically windchimes are just a source of noise.Since these chimes are tuned, there just nice, pleasant harmonies produced, even with the slighest breeze.While I dreaded having to listen to them when I visited the person I gave them to, I find it quite pleasant to sit on the patio and hear these chimes.

I guess they are measuring the length of the string that holds the flag. Wow. Very lightweight. Can't put it near my REAL Woodstock chimes. Beauty over comfort
This bench looks beautiful, especially after treatment with teak oil, and was easy to assemble (once we figured out we had a connector piece upside down). It could definitely be made more comfortable, however. The back is very straight, and is not very comfortable to sit on for very long. The same is true for the matching chair. This seems like a problem the designers could easily fix. It points out the drawbacks of ordering online, since it would be difficult to return these items, especially after assembly.

Great quality, but a little bigger ergonomically could help.
First I have two of these and they are very high quality in the wood and the build.So what could be better you ask?Well, they seem a bit shallow in the seat and too upright on the back support.What this means is that you can certainly take a nice enough sit for a short time, but if you plan on sitting a while you'll be squirming a bit. I want another one!!!!

Serviceable but don't expect more
The well known phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to this item.It's perfectly serviceable and is quite attractive but the wood is clearly of the cheapest quality and shows signs of splintering and wearing upon arrival.For example, the notches for adjusting the head of the lounge do not work smoothly and you need to give it a hand so to speak to help it settle into position.Notthe end of the world but just know in advance that this is not a high quality product but certainly fine for knock-around.

Have had this unit for about 10 months and it has performed great.Easy to set up, and provides accurate readings. The wireless feature is great, given the need to get the unit at least 20 feet above any surrounding obsticals.The unit is solid and has had no problems.A good unit for the price.If you are considering an anemometer, keep in mind that it must be located well above any buildings so the wind is not affected by the wind deflection of roofs, trees etc.Thus, the biggist problem can be getting the unit high enough on a solid mounting.Mine is on a 35'high 2" pipe, secured to the side of the house, and well grounded.

not an all weather swing
I purchased this swing, the first one that i received had a defective weaving, the cords came apart. I got a replacement, since then i have had the swing out and have barely used it, this summer when i tried to sit in it, the rope gave away and i fell down. Note that this swing was barely sat in.

My parents like it.
I gave this as a gift to my Mom...she loves it and says she can lay back in it like a hammok. My Dad has also tried it. They had it put up on a tree in less than an hour after they recieved it from UPS. Mom says she can take it down and put it up easily without Dad's help. When a storm hits, this is a good idea. After visiting the folks,I find that it It fits me(at 6' 2" and 275 lbs) I can now rate it five stars.dispite the thin(looking) ropes, this thing could fit a circus elephant it's so strong(Hehe).

Would not buy another LaCross Technology product
Love the concept, but.... I bought the 9016 model (LaCross Technologies is the mfr) for my wife/family for the holidays. After following the directions included with the unit and an exhaustive look through the FAQ's, etc. at the LaCross Technologies website, I still cannot get the outdoor temperature to read out on the unit - this has nothing to do with distance between the sensor and the unit, etc. -- it does not work. I suspect the transmitter is defective. The company's help desk and email help function on their web site is the worst... it does not ring through and eventually (20 min?) dumps you out of their system all-together. I received no responses from two emails. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST -- THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK AND THEY ARE LESS THAN GENUINE ABOUT SERVICE. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
