Very well made.
I had a Solo and loved it until I accidently ran over it with the truck. Took 4 months to get the SP2, but well worth the wait. The SP2 is contructed of very study material. The shoulder straps are wide and thickly padded. The wand is made of good quality brass. The pump handle is reversible with one cotter key adjustment for storage. High pressure gets me up in the trees for tent worm spraying. Just a delightful product in so many ways.

Did the job.
While I was living in California, I had problems with rats.I tried the rat zapper because I didn't want to poison rats and then have them die under my deck.Following the enclosed instructions, I prebaited the zapper without arming it.I then went away on vacation and the rats had plenty of time to get used to its presence.After arming it, I caught 3 or 4 rats over a period of about 6 weeks.I rate the zapper 4 rather than 5 for several reasons: (1) sometimes those overfed rats didn't slide out so smoothly, (2) it made me a bit nervous to have the zapper in a yard with a dog (I positioned the zapper so she couldn't get at it), and (3) I think I had some rats left over that were too smart to fall for it.But I felt I got my money's worth and there was no decaying rat smell to suffer through.I recommend handling the box and bait with gloves to reduce the human smell, and I think the conditioning recommended by the instructions is essential.

Not that great...
After reading all of the glowing reviews I bought this to catch a rat in our garage.I followed the instructions to the letter-even tried several different types of bait- but it never caught anything.Two weeks of use and this trap didn't work for me at all, so I ended up using a snap trap which cost $2 and worked in one day.

It really works!
I set it up the evening I bought it. I found that a mouse was caught the next morning. Reset it before I went to work. Got another one after I was back! After Zapper killed 11 of them, I declared my house is rodent-free! How can I tell? I scattered some dog food around, all of them were still there days later. I didn't bother to figure which one was mouse and which one was rat. But, some of them were quite big.

Works so far
Caught hundreds of mosquitos in one night, looks like moths are in there too. Maybe they are after the light inside?
It works!! But Only for a short time!!!!
I purchase my unit a little less than one year ago and now I am shopping for a different brand.It worked fine for the first summer season in Texas, but now that it is spring almost summer--it does not turn on at all.I have completed all of the manual's troubleshooting in addition to purchasing a new bulb and cable for it.But, it does not work anymore after only 1 summer usage!I do not recommend!!!

Does not work!!

I still have moles after 4 weeks
I think the title says it all.The device is obviously operating (true, there's no indicator light, but it makes a funny humm about every 15 seconds - so it's obvious if it's operating or not).The repeller has been in the ground, as directed in the instructions, for a little more than 4 weeks and I clearly still have moles (they also have no indicator lights, but small mounds of freshly dug soil show up in the mornings - so it's obvious they are still there).

don't work at all. there is no light or indication that can tell if it is working. never buy this product

Oh how they laughed at me!
We had a particularly destructive mole in our front yard. My husband brought home some poison but I pooh-poohed that right away. I opted to give this a try (and throw some whole cloves in the holes [I read that moles are particularly sensitive to smell])... I was mocked and made fun of.... but IT WORKED! 100% satisfied! ... Works great - no poisons
Flies are super common in the Fall where we live. While poison-based solutions work great, the Reusable Fly Trap is the only no poison trap that keeps the fly population at bay.
