Works great, very easy to use
Not sure why others are calling it cheaply made.I put one up about 6 months ago, it looks great, it works great, and the rope is plenty strong for what it needs to do.I am extremely pleased, and I'm going to buy another one very soon.

Great idea but Poor quality
I love the concept here but have an issue with the screws, rope, and rivets like many others. It's very obvious that these are made with the cheapest quality parts and yes they're from CHINA. I've got two of them up and functioning from the box but would certainly be nervous to leave a bike hanging over something valuable (like a car).
Good for the price
These hangers are light duty (50lb) and work exactly as advertised.Although others had complained about the ropes being frayed, mine seemed to be of acceptable quality.The screws were cheap and easily stripped out, so I had to use a few of my own.They worked fine for my kid's bikes.They're good, not great, but they are very nicely priced (especially with free shipping).I would buy again. ... Excellent for Golf
I've used this since 2001 and extensively in 2006 now that it's USGA legal.Not sure why others have having trouble holding this steady.Anything <200 yards I have no problem hitting the flag (you don't aim at the stick, you aim at the flag).Excellent for getting distances to bunkers, trees, and other hazards.
Great idea but not effective -- too difficult to hold steady
I bought the Bushnell Yardage Pro Tour Laser Rangefinder despite warnings about the inability to hold it steady enough.I have no tremor; neither do I have any problems with steadiness; however, I found it practically impossible to hold the laser crosshairs on the flagstick from 60-100 yards away without getting a multitude of readings, depending upon what reflection it relied upon. I found myself with a multiple choice reading, and even the one closest to my estimate was doubtful.Even steadying the binoculars on the cart edge didn't really help much.
Not Up To Par!
I have used a Bushnell Yardage Pro400 Laser Rangefinder since June, 1997. This summer it went belly-up, so I purchased the Bushnell Yardage Pro Tour (#200002), a much smaller instrument than the Pro400, which was like a binocular. However, with our new reflector flagsticks, I could read beyond 400 yards by merely pointing toward the green, without actually seeing the flag. It worked great. The Yardage Pro Tour, while small and convenient, is no where near as accurate or sensitive as the Pro400. It's hard to hold steady and must be exactly on the reflector flagstick to get a reading. It has a special feature, which if you depress the button for more than 3 seconds, it starts scanning (It usually takes longer than 3 seconds to get any reading). With a jiggling hand, the instrument flashes various yardage numbers faster than one can read them of whatever the instrument is scanning at that instant. Even with the flagstick laser reflectors, it's very difficult to get a reading. It's almost impossible to read the flag from beyond 150 yards. Certainly, it can't compare with the old Pro400. I sent the Pro400 to Bushnell for a repair, but they have no parts for it. They did offer to sell me a Yardage Pro Trophy (#202018), a lesser model than the Yardage Pro Tour, for $150. I can't honestly recommend the Yardage Pro Tour. If I had it to do over, I'd probably buy the Elite 1500, a larger, more expensive instrument reminiscent of the Pro400. ... Read more

SHUT UP!
Will this thing ever shut the F@#K up?!? I tried to go double-dutch with the homies and got all confused! We were all like, "Apple on a stick makes me sick, makes my heart go 246" and that dang talking rope is like "1....2....3.....go get 'em.....5......6" in a robotty voice and what not. We was trying to keep it going though "not because i'm dirty, not because I'm clean, not because I kissed the boy behind the magazine!""8.....9.....really sweating now, eh.....11" .

A great change of pace....
Now that good weather has peaked around the corner, I have taken my Tanita jumprope out for a spin.I really like the fact that I can enter in my weight and it will not only count my jumps but also how many calories I burn.For me, this extra motivation keeps me going to the next level.I only really saw a couple drawbacks.Accidentally, I went past my weight and had to go all the way past 300 and then back back to the beginning to set, because the counter goes one way (and you only need to hold the button down, not press it 200 times), which does not actually take very long, and the rope occasionally tangles, not often, but sometimes, due to the type of rope it is.I find it quick, accurate and a nice change of pace.It it also burns calories fairly quickly (about 110-130 calories per 10 minutes for a person that is 150 lbs-slightly less for someone lighter, or more for someone heavier).I have had my rope for a couple years now and have yet to replace the battery.If you'd like a little change in your work out with the extra added incentive of having your jumps calories counted, this just might be what you are looking for.

Wonderful rope, especially for starters
I had tried several times to develop facility with jumping rope, but I fatigued too easily and could never build stamina. I would jump for a minute or two or even three, but I would miss a jump and then feel like I had to start all over. Needless to say, I couldn't sustain a disciplined learning curve.Read more

What a Blast!
If you want to have a blast buy one of these kayaks immediately.We have had our two years and have floated down over a dozen rivers ranging from the Merced high up in the High Sierras to the Deschutes in Sunriver, Oregon.Inflates with a portable pump in three minutes and is so stable you literally cannot tip it over.If you don't want to get wet, you won't.The paddle is included and works perfectly.Both my wife and I absolutely love these kayaks and she even gave up her ocean going one.They deflate within a minute and fold up into a small space.The inflatable compartments have a special valve that will not leak unless you pull it out and away from the boat.It makes inflating and deflating a breeze.One of the best bargins I have seen over the past couple of years.

Beautiful shoes and Tons of Fun

The SUV of lanterns: rugged looks, but not so fuel efficient
I've collected Coleman lanterns for several years now. I've used quite a few different propane lanterns, and bought this because it was a new design and looked like it could take some abuse.
The Brightest Lantern Yet!!
This is absolutely the best lantern.I first saw one on a Girl Scout Campout and had to have it. It made the dual fuel Coleman Lantern that I had look like a nightlight. It puts off a verybright light on the high setting and when 15 Girl Scouts ages 4 to 11 were trying to prepare a meal after dark it came in quite handy.I just put my lantern away....it was not needed. This lantern lit the entire area quite nicely.Now I have purchased one of my own and I am retiring the dual fuel Coleman Lantern that I have.

Well worth the cost!
I was skeptical with ordering this because of the cost, but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this! Very sturdy materials used, I can see that this will last for many years. My husband wanted it for our 10-yr old to practice with; because of it's durability, he now plans to bring it to the baseball teams practice sessions for all the boys to use. My sons spent 2 hours practicing with this the first evening we got it, not only were they improving their swing - they were having fun with it also.

Very, very bad
The metal rings on the mallets dig into the plastic balls, leaving them pockmarked.One of the balls broke on our second game.Truly shoddy workmanship.Very disappointing.

Splintered Mallets
Thought I'd play croquet with my fiancee's family and their new Eddie Bauer croquet set.Within the first day, numerous mallets were splintering and cracked.Clearly Eddie Bauer's quality doesn't mean the same thing it used to.The lesson is, buy a very expensive set ($100+) or get cracked mallets, since it appears other less expensive sets are of the same poor quality.
