chaise lounge
I really liked the chair, very easy to assemble and wanted another until it rained.I too had a lot of staining.I used bleach and water and it came up, but I have had to do this every time and won't be ordering another.I wrote the company and they said to saok it with a hose in the grass.I would probably have to do this for a year to get all of the stain off of it!!!!

ruined my deck
I bought 4 of these in 2005 and had them on grass. I stoered them for the winter and they held up ok. However now the tray on any of them won't slide and I moved them to my new bluestone deck. the stain leeched out all over the deck. DO NOT BUY.

Raw material
I got two of this chaise lounge chairs, but I wasn't sure what kind of wood was used for its construction. I thonk was Teak but not. After I oppened the box the only think I got knew was made it in Vietnam. I live in Mexico, a hundred milles away from the border with Texas. I kept the product anyway, just I want to know if those chaise lounge can be outdoor under the rain and sun. Thank you.I offer an apology for my english.

Basic Folding Table and Chairs
These are your basic folding table and chairs. They are very durable and can be used for when those special functions come up. This set is very price effective and space conscious if you live in small quarters. They make transportation a snap. I highly recommend them. Great color scheme too.

Tabletop Not Durable
I received this table (34 x 34) as a wedding gift and intended to use it often for letter writing and games in my new apartment. The top of the table really disappointed me. The black pleather top was fairly loose and I'm scared to even touch it for fear it might shrivel or tear. Useful, Sturdy Table
I have the slightly smaller version of this table (top 26" x 18").They both have the X leg formation and fold flat nicely for storage.
Stable, sturdy, light
I bought this table to support my PowerBook and an LCD projector when I do presentations. It has enough room for both and is plenty stable for me to trust it with these expensive items. Though I've only used it once so far, it seems sturdy. It's nice and light.

I bought this table, six arm chairs, two chaise lounges and three lounge cushions all from Amazon after extensive research and pricing.I was pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of this furniture, but also the price.Within a week of ordering it, I found similar (though less sturdy) products for literally triple the price.All of the pieces assembled easily, with clear instructions - in English - included.

Very Happy
I purchased this table to replace my second broken glass top table that broke during a storm as a result of the wind.I will never buy a glass top patio table again.This table is especially lovely to look at and fit in perfectly with my chairs and umbrella.Looks like it all came together.Had to learn my lesson about glass.I wish it was a couple inches bigger but it's really just fine.

This is a beautiful table and it is easy to assemble.Something to keep in mind before you buy:the instructions say you have to oil the table with teak oil:1) once before you put it together; 2) twice after it is assembled; 3) once every six weeks thereafter depending on the weather; 4) once before you bring the table out for summer (assuming you're using it as patio furniture); and 5) once before you put it away for winter.We went with two coats of an oil-based polyurethane instead.

Better than expected.
To be honest, I didn't expect much from something made out of fiber board, but I have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. I can't ask for more; it's light, easy to pack up and throw my Jeep, and sturdy enough to hold the contents of a Pro-Bowl tailgate. A good table at a good price.

Flimsy
First of all, i want to say i that i love how portable & light weight this table is. The hard board top is just too flimsy. I under stand it is what makes this table so light and portable but it shouldn't be so light that it gets damaged during shipping. The table bows under the weight of a pickle jar or potatoe salad making everything slide towards the middle. This table would be worth the $40 plus $15 shipping & taxes i paid for it had the table top been made of a light durable plastic with some sort of re-enforcement instead of flimsy hard board.

Sits a little low....
Although I expected this table to be a little taller, we have still found it to still be a really good side table for holding our food when we have bbq's in the yard. We have even set up two small sternos on a it and had a tiny bit of room still left on the table to place a small salad bowl.I dont really think its meant to be used as a guest table for formal parties or gatherings, but for a casual get together, it will definately do the job. ... Great Table
The folding table is great.We are using it at work so the workers can enjoy their lunch outside when its nice.The only problem was the shipping company used.It took too long to receive and there was no communication from the company, I had to keep calling and find out when the tables would be delivered.

Great Idea/kit
I was looking to buy just an old fashion picnic table when I saw this kit. I like doing projects so it looked great..As soon as I received the kit I ordered the lumber and in a little over an hour I had the first bench done. I opted to make it 8 feet long so doing the table took a little longer but it came out GREAT and no one could believe that I made it by myself. I added a chair to each end and was able to have enough room for 11 people. It's solid and looks good. (Now I just have to figure what color I am going to stain it).. Once again this was a great project and I am very pleased. I don't like to read instructions so the pictured instructions on the box was perfect for me. Colleen

2x4basics Picnic Table Kit, Sand, 17310
This is just what I was looking for to put on my deck. I bought the wood necessary for the table and benches and it was very convenient to put together. However, there was one problem I have, maybe two. The instructions called for spacing the boards 1/4 inch apart on the table requiring new holes in the plastic. The predrilled hows would not line up with the wood with the 1/4 inch spacing/ I had to go back and remove each board after drilling holes and reduce the spacing. There was too much over hang for the last board on each side of the table top. Another problem I see is with the material the screws are made of and whether or not the treated lumber I bought will corrode the screws or not. Only time will tell. ... Read more
