yes, it works
It traps not only fleas, but all kinds of bugs attracted to the light. and i don't know about this product controlling heavy infestation. I have used this product, it did catch some fleas, but not all. yes, it does catch fleas, its just not a complete solution to fix a problem but it can assist. i have used foggers to solve my problem. If you have money, then buy this. if short on money, but some foggers at wal-mart.

Can't use it outdoors as stated.
Unless you have outlets in the grass, forget about using it outdoors. Maybe a small closed room? Very small and, let's face it, some duct tape sticky side up sitting under any lamp would do as well.

Absolutely Genious!
When I bought this I was slightly skeptical, but was willing to try anything. We weren't infested with mice, and had up to this point never even seen a house mouse. But we started to notice one little guy running the length of our hallway at night while we were relaxing on the couch. He was a cutie, but I knew we had to take care of the problem before our one little cutie turned into dozens.
Excellent Purchase
We had a mouse in our kitchen and did not have the heart to kill it.We set these traps and within 4 hours we had caught the mouse.We baited it with a cracker and he walked right in.It was also very easy and clean to release him.Would recommend if you are not in to killing the mouse but want the mose removed neatly.Also was perfect because I have a cat but did not want the cat to eat the mouse.The trap kept the two seperated.

Worked for us!
We caught several mice at one time with this non-lethal trap, and it was easy to release them from it. Although the instructions say no bait is necessary, we got fast results by putting a little bit of seed into it. Terrific Mouse Catcher
We saw a mouse in our storage room and put this trap out without any bait. We caught him the first night.But surprise - when we released him there were 3 mice in the trap!We haven't seen any sign of mice since.Great trap!

Hardly Humane Mouse Trap
This trap is hardly humane. The first mouse was killed in the mechanism. The second mouse was trapped in the air hole-his mouth was completely stuck-I had to pry the poor guy out. The third mouse was again caught by its leg in the revolving catcher. I've had much better luck with the Victor Tin Cat. The mice live to release them.

This device works.I've caught about 7 mice since having it.It requires no messy chemicals or sticky pads.The mice enter and you dispose of them (while they are still alive).

Thanks to the previous reviewers who forewarned me of Gardens Alive's poor customer service so that I was prepared.The product is excellent and works as advertised, but try to find a similar product from other company.I waited three weeks, called the company and found it was backordered so I cancelled.Six weeks later they finally got around to refunding, and only then because I called about six times.If Gardens Alive would improve their customer service I would highly recommend the product, but as it is BUYER BEWARE!!!

My moth traps were supposed to arrive over a week ago. Gardens Alive had charged my credit card and informed me the items were shipped, I even paid for expedite shipping. After days of waiting with no word from Gardens Alive I contacted them to see what happened, that's when they informed me that the moth traps were on back order and they would contact me when they were in stock!!
Very impressive!
We seem to have moths coming out of the woodwork this spring and it was starting to drive my housemates and me nuts!I found these and decided to give them a try.There weren't any moths around me (so I thought) when started to pull the cover off the sticky stuff.Before I finished (I was pulling slowly so as not to rip the string I'd attached through the cardboard out), 2 moths hovered up out of the food shelves and started coming towards it.Two more flew in from the next room over.Within 5 minutes one was stuck to it, but no more for the rest of that day.The next morning there were 3 more stuck to it and the day after that another one.

Great Catch!!
I have the extra large Hav-a-heart trap and it is about 8 years old now. I originally purchased it to eliminate abandoned cats in my yard. I caught 2 a day for the first week. Great Item
I live in southeastern Georgia and have had a problem with armadillo's digging under my fence and tearing up my backyard in search of worms and insects. The area around my pool looked like an exploded mine field with 1 to 3 inch deep holes all over the place. I baited the trap with an apple the first night and caught the Opossum that has been lurking around by accident. I tried baiting the trap with night crawlers and placing it in the area where the armadillo was digging, but that didn't work. So I figured out exactly where they were coming in at, placed a 1 X 6 board on each side of the entrance and funneled him right into the trap. So far I have caught and transported 3 armadillos out of my yard. This is a great way to rid your yard of these and other pests without having to harm them. I highly recommend this product.

The Trap with a Heart
Anyone who deals with feral animals on a regular basis will do well to have their own Havahart trap, rather than getting one for a limited time from the Humane Society; that way when the opportunity for capturing the animal presents itself, one is ready for the moment. Also, trapping some wary or streetwise animals can take patience, gradually placing the food further in the trap. A few critters take time to get used to the mesh under their paws, and feel secure enough to venture into the trap, and occasionally it's longer than the fortnight the Humane Society allots for the rental.

Was hoping this fruit fly trap was a cheaper alternative to the much more expensive trap sold by Gardener's Supply Company. Cheaper is all I got...requires you to add water. Yes, the trap worked for a couple (3) weeks, but the trap itself started smell'n funky, so in the trash it went. Perfect product that does exactly the job it is supposed to do
It's not often you can say a product fills it's niche perfectly.The Bugzooka is awesome.My home, thanks to bags of commercial grains like corn, is infested with pantry moths.I can't spray or get fumigated due to the fact that I have small animals and cats.The Bugzooka keeps us from being overrun.I get about 20-50 moths a day with this bad boy.If you have a lot of bugs for whatever reason, this is the product you need.

Squeamish about bugs?
The Bugzooka is the best invention since sliced bread. For years, the deal between my husband and I was this: He was responsible for all bugs of a certain size. If you could see the bug with the naked eye, he was responsible for removing/killing said insect.

They work but...
I purchased four of these three weeks ago after seeing a very small mouse.After about 2 1/2 weeks I hadn't caught any mouse and was going to take them up and decided against it.I checked them to see if the peanut butter was still there and it was.A couple of days later I saw the mouse again.I was told to use COCOA.When we went to replace the peanut butter with cocoa, the peanut butter had been eaten clean out of one of the traps.My only explanation for this was either the mouse was too small to set the trap off or that particular trap is defective.
Flimsy
It does get points for ease of use, *if* you can get it to work.I bought 4 of these.One of them wouldn't set from the beginning; it seemed to be missing a crucial piece that keeps the lever down.Another one set, but then snapped back 5 minutes later without anything going into it as far as I could tell; then I couldn't set it again.The third trap did catch a mouse, but somehow the mouse got caught in the wrong direction (head facing outward) and got trapped but not killed!Perhaps this was just a very skilled mouse.The fourth trap is still sitting on my counter waiting for a mouse...

Indoor Fly Trap does its job!
I have many flying critters because of leaving a door open for my dogs.Iam afraid to open my mouth for fear of one landing there.The fly trapplaced by a light has collected not only flies, but gnats, moths, and anumber of unidentified flying critters, and has allowed me to live in peaceagain.I'm so pleased I am going to stock up on them.Be careful not totouch as they are very sticky, but it comes off easily too. An excellent, pesticide-free solution for flying pests
Once a flying pest gets into your home, your only choices are to swat it, spray it, or try fly paper. We had a handful of pesky flying pests get in the house and they insisted on staying in our kitchen, an area where we didn't want to spray pesticide in the air. We couldn't get near them, so swatting them was out of the question. This product solved our problem without chemicals, odors or much of a fuss.
